wonderful stay
luxury products sound system clean rooms
the rooms were impeccably clean. the hotel provided luxury products from balmain, it elevated the experience. i especially liked the integrated sound system that i could control from a central panel.
the bottled water was expensive though

the pool offered nice views of the skyline. the jacuzzi was equally excellent, and the outdoor area provided a great spot for sunbathing. the fitness center features modern equipment and sufficient space.

The room was clean! breakfast included many vegan options. the staff provided thoughtful gifts for my children. the hotel's location is convenient. It is near key attractions.

friendly service best sushi table service expensive breakfast unresponsive staff waiter behaviour
the room was fine , a usual room. the bar had friendly service. nice guys served the tables. the mixed sushi in the evening restaurant was probably the best choice actually.
the breakfast is very expensive , at €44 if you haven't got it on your room package. i made an error and it wasn't included. the receptionist just said she would pass the feedback on. on the final morning the waiter refused to serve our table , as it wasn't his area , though we only wanted tea.
